Well, it was early this morning, and I had to put in a load of laundry before I went to work. So, I haven’t had my coffee yet, and it’s 5:30. I accidentally put too much detergent in my machine! I got home tonight, I found white powder caked onto my clothes from this morning. So, I learned a lesson today: do it right and do it once. Now I have to do another load of laundry, and hopefully these stains will come out. Did I mention how much I hate to do laundry? Geez, what a waste of time.

Republicans in Congress want troops withdrawn from Iraq, but they don’t want it to happen until after President Bush leaves office - and they’ve put forward a bill to that effect. Not sure why this is the case. Democrats are saying the post-election timing are making it a political issue, and that it shouldn’t be. They also say it doesn’t have a chance of passing.
